NZCT Chamber Music Contest - Northern Regional Final

The Contest is an iconic secondary school musical event held annually throughout the country in June. It celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2015, and we’re looking forward to another 50 years of inspiring youth music-making and to celebrate the fantastic musicians and composers that have launched their careers through the Contest.

This is the perfect opportunity for young musicians, regardless of standard or experience, to compose and to perform chamber music and strive towards excellence.

The Northern Regional Finals will take place at the School of Music Theatre at the University of Auckland at 11.30am and 4.30pm. This will be adjudicated by Richard Mapp and Yoshiko Tsurata.

All Regional Finals are open to the public:
Door sales only: $15 with unlimited access to both sessions.
Children and school students free.
