Woohoo Working Bee to ready the community gardens for winter. Bring a friend or make some new friends as we work together to clear paths, shovel mulch onto paths, weed around young trees, dig over some plots, turn compost and generally have a garden tidy up.
Do as little or as much as you like and enjoy a hearty morning tea and cold drinks in our lovely al fresco setting. Our working bees go ahead rain or shine and please be aware our gardens are on sloping ground so this is not really suitable for folk with mobility issues. (We are working on that!)
Attendees will need sturdy, closed in footwear and weather-appropriate dress. We have some gloves and tools but you are most welcome to bring your own.
