Join Melbourne alt-folk artist Forever Son for his first New Zealand show, a Sunday Session at Christchurch's Wunderbar supported by local musician Phoebe James.

Forever Son is singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Jack Robbins. Drawing inspiration from Crosby Stills Nash & Young, Daniel Rossen and Fleet Foxes, Forever Son’s sound is raw and free-flowing with a splash of reverb. His songs imbue dreamy, sun-soaked mornings without the restraint of calculated thought. Forever Son performs both solo and as a three-piece band, alternating between pensive solo acoustic moments and head-nodding, foot-tapping folk rock.

Phoebe James is a Dunedin-based soloist known for wistful, soul-tingling vocal performances. Raw and telling, her folk songs are melancholic, rich and honest.
