Join us in January for 3 free great work outs to get you started on your fitness goals for 2019!

Classes will be 1 hour and include circuits, pad work, basic kicks, stretching, self-defence and more.

No martial arts experience required! And as this is about "getting fit" - your current fitness level is no barrier either. Classes are suitable for ages 12+.
