Weekly After-school sessions for 4 to 9 year old kids, starting in term 1 and coming to The Riverside Community Hall!
Join us for a fun, creative and interactive yoga class for 4-9 year olds.
Children will connect with each other and share yoga together through yoga games, breathing exercises, relaxations and meditations, all designed especially for children. Helping to balance their body, mind and emotions. Parents are welcome to stay and take part.
