Loco Labour Weekend - Lagunitas Tap Takeover

Get ready for a weekend of Lagunitas, local flavours, laid back vibes and loco specials!

Celebrate Hawkes Bays Biggest Weekend.

Thursday 24th from 4pm we have a Loco Locals Night with our very own 'Uncle-Rob' Mixing beats and pouring drinks in the Garden Bar. $1 Wings and $5 Tacos.

Pouring four varieties of Lagunitas - outrageously good beers that you won't find anywhere else around this neck of the woods plus - we've twisted their arms right back and can now give you guys a free Lagunitas glass with every Lagunitas purchased.

Then on Sunday we're have a very special guest DJ here to close out the weekend.

DJ Chopper Reedz from Fat Freddy's Drop will be spinning a vinyl set from 2pm onwards. We will also have our famous Bloody Mary Bar setup for the day and you guessed it, more $5 Tacos cos' why not.

Pouring:
I.P.A 6.2% a.b.v - 51.5 IBU
America's leading IPA, well rounded and highly drinkable.A bit of Caramel Malt barley provides the richness that mellows out the twang of the hops.

Supercluster Citra Hopped Mega Ale 8% a.b.v \\ 60 IBU
Supercluster is a Citra-Hopped Mega Ale of Intergalactic proportions. Everything we've learned about hop forward beers: Pale, cold, alcoholic and bitter

Sumpin' Easy Sessionable Wheaty Pale Ale 5.7% a.b.v \\ 50.8 IBU
A healthy dose of 2 Row Malted barley, a bit of wheaty-esque-ish-ness and loads of Ekuanot hops to create a super smooth and velvety ale with fruit and resin-y finish like biting into a freshly picked peach. Easy!

Hazy Memory Cloudy IPA 7.7% a.b.v \\ 55 IBU
We're going a bit blurry on the nebulous release... Hazy Memory is a Cloudy IPA full of oats and wheaty-esque-ish-ness, packed with some of the murkiest, juiciest, turbid Loral 291, Hallertau Blanc, Galaxy and Citra Hops. It's a huge flavour you won't forget.
