Matariki

On the Friday evening of 28 June, we are holding a BYO Dinner/ Drinks Matariki community event at the club rooms, with a camping theme of Night, Fire, Adventure and Stars.

The event is for everyone- families, flatters, students, empty nesters etc.

We have a Lego build challenge and also kids activities with the theme of Matariki. Sweet treats will be available to purchase and ice cream! Even in winter we all love ice cream in a cone don't we?

The Hataitai Community Recreation Trust was bequeathed the large flat green and buildings is to the community families and residents by the Hataitai Bowlers. It was very generous of them to do this as there isn't much available flat land in the area. This is an event for all and also a small fundraiser.
