An offering of Yoga & Macrame.

Meditate & Create allows you to open up to your own creativity and draw inspiration to create a unique, beautiful Taonga (piece).

We open the space with a guided meditation, arriving & setting an intention for the workshop, followed by a yoga session, with a focus on awakening our inner creativity.

After guiding you through a Savasana Mantra & sound healing journey, we nourish ourselves with tea & plant based treats.

We then move into the macrame workshop where you will learn a handful of fundamental macrame techniques, to create a beautiful macrame crystal pendant!
