Facilitated by Registered Mindfulness Teacher (MTIA) Neave Ross-Wallace, this one day mindfulness retreat is for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Whether you are keen to take some time out for yourself, kick-start your practice after a lull, or you're simply curious about giving mindfulness a try, this day will be an opportunity to sink into deeper practice than usually available to us in our busy lives.
During the day we will move through a gentle programme of guided sitting, walking and movement practices that enable us to quieten the mind and become more grounded in our present moment experience.
What to Bring: Lunch and light snacks, something soft to lie on, pillows or cushions and a blanket or duvet to cover yourself.
What to Wear: Loose comfortable clothing that will allow you to stretch and move with ease.
