Get your wheelbarrows, gardening gloves, trowels and secateurs ready and come and join the Mt Eden Village People for their Mulching Day for Mt Eden Fruit Trees.
Many of the 75 fruit trees in Mt Eden public spaces have had a rough, dry summer and need weeding and mulching. Auckland Council are providing mulch and an expert to teach us about pruning, mulching and root collar excavation. We are providing the people power to get the job done!
