Dogs make some of the cutest, funniest, and most vibrant photography subjects. However, just as it is when photographing young children, it can be very difficult to capture really good shots due to their unpredictability.

This 3 hour workshop by Judy Stokes is held out at Muriwai. You will meet and have a brief introduction over coffee at the SandDunz café. You will then head to the beach or forest with Judy and her dog to practice some hands on skills. The session will finish off, back at SandDunz café with a review, discussion and friendly critique of some of your images.

Topics discussed during Workshop:
- Different types of dog photography, from action to portrait and anything in between!
- The best camera settings to use to get the results in the different genres.
- Recognising and being able to catch “just that moment”
- How to get creative with your dog photography.
- Some ideas on what you can do to you images afterwards to enhance them and turn them into mini works of art.
