Nelson Symphony Orchestra: Last Night of the Proms

About the same time as the BBC Proms draws to a close in the Royal Albert Hall in London with the traditional Last Night of the Proms, the Nelson Symphony Orchestra will present its own version.

The traditional programme includes some of the following works:
- Elgar Pomp and Circumstance March
- Henry Wood British Sea Song Fantasy
- Rule Britannia
- Vaughan Williams Folk Song Suite
- Percy Grainger Country Gardens
- Malcolm Arnold Scottish or English Dances

Last Night of the Proms is conducted by the NSO's Director of Music, Nigel Weeks.

A merchant fee may be charged on credit and debit card transactions.

Cash and eftpos available for door sales at Nelson Centre of Musical Arts from 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday and one hour prior to the scheduled performance time.
