Movement Works

- Scared to jump on the trampoline with your kids?
- Leak when you cough or sneeze?
- Want to improve your posture and relieve back pain?

In this 4-week series you will learn what to do to improve your pelvic floor function, and how to do it.

You won’t just be learning to strengthen and isolate your pelvic floor using kegel exercises. Instead, you will experience how the pelvic floor muscles work together with your whole body function.

At each class Sarah will verbally guide you through easy, gentle Awareness Through Movement ® lessons that connect your pelvic floor to your breath, hips, legs and abdomen. Basic anatomy and pelvic floor function are also covered.

You will receive notes on movements that you can do at home to help improve and maintain your pelvic floor.

Sarah can also point you in the right direction on where to go for more help or information if you need it.
