Quiet Time: Half-Day Urban Retreat

This is a quiet time for anyone who would like to cultivate their practice of meditation. We alternate sitting and walking meditation.

Beginners to meditation can learn what they need by attending one or more of Healium's Meditation Practice sessions (3, 10, 17 July; email Healium for details at hi at healium dot co dot nz).

Instructor Derek LeDayn has been practising meditation and studying dharma since 1999. He graduated with an MA in Buddhist Studies in 2011.
