Join Kasha for 90mins of ball rolling & yin yoga to free up tensions in your myofascial network, plus breathing & relaxation to reduce overall stress. Improve mobility, performance & posture - leave feeling fresh & light.
We’ll work on releasing tightness mostly using self massage with small balls. Other props used include straps, bolsters & blocks - all supporting us to find the best position to get some release. All props are provided.
Whether preparing for sport, fitness or to reduce pain and be your best self, releasing bodily stiffness & tensions can help. The approach is physical & external but the effect of a slow, focused practice helps you unwind on many levels. These sessions are suitable for all - no yoga experience necessary.
This is a great practice to do with an instructor and in a quiet relaxed environment, plus you'll learn techniques to take home.

About your instructor Kasha Latimer:
I've been teaching exercise & wellbeing for over 25 years and have seen many trends come and go. Two that always remain are yoga & self massage. Both are cost effective and transformative tools we can all learn. Most importantly they are empowering - you can reduce tension, pain and care for yourself. I am a certified fitness instructor (Netfit), pilates instructor (PPSIII) and yoga teacher (Ashram Yoga 500hr).
