Starts: Sunday's - A three-week course that uses flowing asana as a way of moving into meditation. Taken from the full expression of Shakti dance, this course teaches you to look at meditation both with mantra (sound) and on its own. If you are inspired to learn more around calming the waves of the mind then this is the course for you.
The full expression of Shakti Dance will be available as a workshop in August. This yoga of dance takes us through seven modules leading to meditation with a mantra. Never tried dance and yoga with meditation before then join our Shakti asana course above and we will offer you the full Shakti Dance workshop at a discount.
