Together we will journey through yoga practices that nourish your body, mind and soul. This class flows through Hatha yoga asanas, yoga nidra, pranayama, and concludes with blissful kirtan meditation. Free! Koha appreciated. Suitable for all levels and open for all! Walk-ins welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat, cushion and blanket (optional for yoga nidra / savasana). Held at Trust Waikato.
Please note there will be no class on Monday 20th May, and the last class will be on the 27th May.
