Showtime Musical Theatre (Ages 8-12) TAPAC Holiday Programme

Bring out your inner Broadway star! Join experienced Music Director and educator Nancy Schroder from The Stage Company and bring out the performer and dancer in you at Showtime Musical Theatre.

This 4-day course will concentrate on learning; songs, choreography and scenes from a popular musical, culminating in a performance presentation for an invited audience.

Students will gain confidence in acting, singing and dancing in a focused and fun environment.

Tutor Nancy Schroder is Principal Director of The Auckland Academy of Dance, Artistic Director of The Stage Company, and Kiss Theatre Co, where she produces & directs four professional children’s shows a year that attract 30,000 patrons annually. She has over 30 years experience as a theatre director, actor, dancer and choreographer.

Some of her credits include leading roles with Mercury Theatre Company, Auckland Theatre Company, Court Theatre in Christchurch, and a national tour of New Zealand of the one-woman show “Shirley Valentine”. Television credits include Shortland Street, Hercules & Street Legal.

Ham or vegetarian lunchboxes ($10 per day) can be ordered when you pay for the course or pre-ordered each morning.
