Steph Casey Album Preview and Fundraiser

Steph Casey is a singer-songwriter based on the Kapiti Coast. Her sound is a mix of indie-folk and alt country, and her debut album Whisper & Holler went straight to number four in the NZIM Charts and number eight in the New Zealand Charts upon release.

Three of the songs in Whisper & Holler were semi-finalists in the 2013 UK Songwriting Contest and the remaining nine received Commended Entry.

The album received glowing international reviews, and we can expect nothing less from her next offering. Which is what this gig is about - fundraising for the new album by providing a sneak peek of the contents!

It's not all about recording for Steph, though. Her performances are gentle and humorous - her songs easily accessible and a delight to hear live, so much so that Steph won the People’s Choice Award at the Wellington Folk festival.
