Life is busy, stressful and overwhelming and you don’t often take time for yourself to reflect on how things are going. When was the last time you sat down with a cup of tea, opened your journal or notebook and explored the deeper aspects of yourself?

If it’s been a while or maybe never, Sunday Self-Reflections is perfect to devote that time to yourself. During this hour the to-do’s, errands, stress, and worries can melt away as you are guided through a self-reflection session where you will start shifting your life from where you are to where you want to be.

Sunday Self-Reflections is a 5-week journaling and meditation series* with Tash, a Life & Mindset Coach. She will guide you through a beautiful, calming and inviting practice that will bring you a new sense of clarity, presence, and peace in your life.

Each week will focus on a different stage of the journey where you will go deeper to reconnect with yourself, explore what you want most for yourself and your life, and provide you with takeaway practices to use any time.

The session will be at Kanuka Yoga Studio on Sunday at 3pm each week right before Sunday Restore. It will be the perfect way to dedicate time to your mind and then immediately after dedicate time to your body.
