Taekwon-Do Beginners Night and Black Belt Demonstration

Start the year right by coming along to our beginners night! This event is designed for all ages and fitness levels to give you a taste of ITF Taekwon-Do.

Taekwon-Do was designed for self defence but it is also an exciting martial art with awesome events such as patterns, sparring, power breaking and specialty flying kicks. ITF Taekwon-Do has over 3,500 members and 100 clubs in New Zealand.

Thursday 24th of January 2019.
Papatoetoe High School gym (Carlie Street entrance)

- Registration from 6.15pm
- Class starts at 6.30pm
- Black belt demonstration from 7.45pm

What to wear/bring:
- Comfortable work out clothes (shorts/leggings and a t-shirt)
- Drink bottle
- Gym or running shoes (optional)
- Small towel (optional)
