iRest is a technique for deep and profound relaxation. It’s a blend of teachings from ancient texts and decades of research at the Integrative Restoration Institute in the US. It will help you to improve your stress and energy levels, your sleep, mood and ability to manage pain. Come and learn more about this way to a better, happier and healthier life.

The workshop will start off with an introduction to iRest, followed by some gentle asanas in preparation for a blissful 40-minute relaxation.

You’ll leave the workshop feeling relaxed, recharged and profoundly peaceful.

The workshop includes:
