Wellington’s rainbow choir brings you a special “best of” line up to celebrate the Capital hosting the World ILGA Conference.

This programme is packed with fan favourites, drawing on songs we’ve performed over the past four years under Musical Director Rachel Hyde. There will be something for everyone: from Gareth Farr’s “During These Days” (performed at Parliament to mark the 30th anniversary of homosexual law reform), to Don McGlashan’s “Anchor Me” and “Bathe In the River” (arranged for our Homegrown set performed at the 2018 Sydney Mardi Gras), and “This Is Me” (a highlight from our November 2018 Out and Loud and Proud concert previously performed with Island Bay Primary School “Glama-kids”).

Join us for a great evening of queer music followed by light refreshments.

The Glamaphones is an all-inclusive rainbow choir based at St Andrews on the Terrace. We rehearse on Thursdays from 6.30 to 8.30pm. No auditions required.
