The Goon Show Returns

Back upon the insistence of a steamed gumboot worn by Mr. Norris Lurker, a well-known two headed taxidermist and serial piano arsonist! An evening of vintage BBC comedy radio including the multi award winning OK Chorale and PNBHS stage Big Band! All proceeds go towards supporting PNBHS student educational travel.

Harry Secombe, Peter Sellers and Spike Milligan have been digitally re-conceived. With the aid of a leather strop and fresh lining of custard, the classic Goon characters - Neddie Seagoon, Major Dennis Bloodnok, Grytpype-Thynne,

Minnie Bannister and more - will be played by local actors Philip Mills, Ken Benn and Chris Higgie. Wallace Greenslade has recovered from successful gender re-assignation surgery and is now known as Wendy Greenslade, played by Catherine Mills.

The show comes with a health warning. However, audience members will be provided with blindfolds and earmuffs, but will not be excused from singing "I'm Marching Backwards Till Christmas!".
