About the course:
Experience the healing power of meditation. Join us on this half day course where Buddhist nun, Kelsang Luma, will teach profound methods to establish the foundation for a happy life. Then we can come to understand that true happiness is within our grasp and achieving it is actually simpler than we think. Everybody welcome!
This course will be taught by Buddhist Nun Kelsang Luma.

9:30 – 10:45am - Teaching/Meditation

What to expect at a class:
These classes are based on Buddha’s teachings on the mind, but you do not need to be a Buddhist to attend or to benefit from them. There is no physical exercise involved and you can choose to sit either in a chair or on a cushion.
These classes are suitable for all levels of experience.
