The Dance Studies Programme at the University of Auckland is highly regarded in New Zealand and internationally as a centre of research and practice. The Programme is unique in its approach to the impact of dance on communities. To ‘move your thinking’ is to value your own body, mind, and culture and to examine what is relevant in diverse artistic and community contexts. It’s about activating spaces, mobilising your thinking and inspiring others. This annual series showcases our students' choreography and the performance aspect of the Dance Studies Programme.
All performances are free and open to the public.
