Transmission Meditation Group

Transmission meditation is a simple, free group meditation that is a way to help the world, and a dynamic aid to personal growth.

You are invited to attend one of our regular meditations, held in Epsom, Howick, Glenfield and Orewa. No previous meditation experience required - the only prerequisite is a desire to serve. At the Epsom group, we start with a brief workshop for newcomers. We sit in chairs, cushions also provided. You can leave at any time during the meditation itself.

Transmission is a safe, scientific, non-denominational activity. It will not interfere with any other spiritual practice in which you might be engaged.
