Are you looking to get fit and learn some practical self defense methods? Come along and join our group of teens and adults for our fun classes for our Open Week.

In a safe, supportive and friendly atmosphere, we will help you improve your physical and inner strength, gain greater self confidence and learn effective and realistic self defense. Our classes are for men and women of all fitness levels.

In our classes, we teach all aspects of the wide curriculum of Shorin Kempo Kaikan Karate. You will learn kicks, strikes, joint locks and throws, acrobatics, falling, Kumite and much more.

Some portion of each Adult class includes a workout, As we are a martial arts school the main focus in class is to teach. Therefore it is up to the student to further practice and develop the skills they are taught. Getting you in shape not just for practicing martial arts but for living your life to its highest potential.

We are located on the top level at the Balmoral Bowls Club. Take the stairs and follow the balcony around to find us.
