Villani Piano Quartet

Led by star Italian pianist Flavio Villani, the Auckland based Villani Piano Quartet is a dynamic ensemble in the New Zealand Chamber Music scene and acknowledged as one of New Zealand's international quality ensembles.

Flavio (piano), Marco Pop Rostov (violin), Sarah Spence (cello) and Emma Dann (viola) are returning to the Festival after a well-received recital in 2017. The Quartet will perform an exciting recital of works by Mahler and Turina, and a New Zealand premiere of Vasks.
