Well-being for Women

With this being the final group for 2019, we are inviting all women to come together to take stock and appreciate the wonderful women we are and what we bring to our families, to our friends and to our community.

These groups offer the space for women of all ages and backgrounds to come together to experience the power of shared discussions on a wide variety of topics including exhaustion, stress, sleep, food, self-care and much more. They offer a wealth of insight, inspiration and practical take-home tools for you to introduce into your own life.
