Winter duathlons for individuals, teams of 2
Short course: run 2km, cycle 10.8km, run 1km
Long course: run 4km, cycle 21.6km, run 2km

Free sausage for all these participants.

Kid's chocolate fish races
Kids under 9: run 500m, cycle 2km, run 1km
Kids under 6: run 250m, cycle 2km, run 500m
Kid's races entirely on school grounds

Chocolate fish for all kids on completion of their race.
