Sports governance, both here in New Zealand and on the world stage, is facing numerous challenges that include some very high-profile governance failings.

Each of the networking events kicks off with a short presentation from a female sports governance leader and is followed by a panel discussion that takes a critical look at what is causing these failings and the impact that the lack of gender equity is having on sports governance.

Topics will include a wide range of sports governance issues such as:
