As key players in the New Zealand construction industry, we at the New Zealand Chinese Building Industry Association (NZCBIA) are aware of our sector's challenges and opportunities. In our ongoing commitment to addressing these issues, we are excited to host an event on 3rd May to explore solutions to alleviate building material shortages and reduce construction costs.
We are honoured to have secured the attendance of Chris Penk, the Minister for Building and Construction of New Zealand, who will provide a speech on the government's initiatives and plans regarding addressing building material shortages, reducing construction costs, and enhancing productivity.
Furthermore, MP Nancy Lu will also be attending the event. We have invited representatives from CLL Service & Solution to present on the topic of 'Early Contractor Involvement for Substructure,' and Monica Chen, Managing Director of Uno Property Management, will provide insights into 'Build-to-Rent.
