This beautifully calming workshop, lead by Logan, is designed to take you on a journey.
Deep, floor-based stretches will be held in stillness, to release tension held within the muscles and connective tissues of the body. Deep breathing techniques will compliment the postures, and help you to find ease in each pose. Within these long holds there is an encouragement of softness and an emphasis on relaxing muscular tissue. Through this stillness, we can become aware of the various sensations within the body and the fluctuations of the mind, emotions and breath.
The workshop will focus on the theme of forgiveness; acknowledging that we can only heal and move forward from a place of love and compassion. A guided mediation is offered throughout to help you find space to forgive yourself, your loved ones and your not so loved ones.
Logan will offer intuitive energy healing in the form of hand placement both on and above the body throughout the workshop. Touch is optional, simply being in the room will allow for a wonderful flow of energy.
