Yoga In Nature

Taruna has a beautiful garden that offers the perfect environment to practice yoga outdoors. A view out to both mountain and ocean, with beautiful bird-song. We will feel the intimate embrace of nature, listen to the breath of the Earth and re-connect to yourself by practising yoga outdoors.

This is a general Hatha yoga class suited to both beginners and more experienced practitioners. Please bring a mat, blanket and an open heart. Please park in the bottom car park and walk up the steps.
