A Walking Food Tour Of Ponsonby Road

Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland. This course is running offsite in Ponsonby.

This tour will run 2 - 4:30 PM on Saturday 8 November. Please register before attending to ensure that a space is available for you on this tour (places are limited). Meeting instructions will be emailed to you.

Eat Auckland Walking Food Tours takes you for a stroll down Ponsonby's memory lane reliving the food history which makes Ponsonby 3 Lamps area so fascinating. Find out about a murder, a brothel owner, and a sly grog operation.

Finish the tour at a local cafe for a coffee or something to eat. Or perhaps you'll be ready for something cool and refreshing! (not included in tour price).

- An appreciation for the food history of the 3 Lamps area

What to bring
Comfortable shoes and dress appropriate to the day (eg sunblock, hat, rain jacket/unbrella). Bring your wallet if you wish to join the group for a refreshment at the end of the tour.
