Auckland Central Volleyball Club presents Indoor Volleyball Training!

Auckland Central Volleyball Club presents development volleyball training workshops
Improve your skills with volleyball training sessions. This 6 week workshop is ideal for new players that have minimal experience with volleyball or want to start from the basics. In this 6 session program, we will go through all the basic skills involved in indoor volleyball, allowing you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the game. Hopefully having some fun while we’re at it! To get the most off the workshop, you should plan to attend all sessions.

Your 1 hour session with Coach Eseta will include a combination of: warm up/physical exercise, drills for passing, setting, serving, attacking; and some tactical knowledge of the game itself.

Registration essential, numbers strictly limited, no walk ups will be accepted. Registration closes ~48 hours prior to the event to ensure numbers are met.

Sunday evenings 8 November through 13 December 2020
Kids ages 10 - 15: 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Teens/adults ages 16 & up: 7:45 - 9 pm
