African Songs, Drumming and Dance Workshop

You are invited to experience the joy of African Songs, Drumming & Dancing in the supportive & fun environment created by Master Drummer Dancer Koffie Fugah from Ghana and Multi-Instrumentalist, Magaui Stewart based in Christchurch.

Koffie Fugah and Kadodo West African Drum and Dance are back in Christchurch on the 8th February 2020. Come along to a full day of pure fun and enjoyment as you learn and experience the joy of West African music, drumming and dance in a relaxed and friendly environment for all.
Together with Koffie and Magaui, you will learn traditional songs, rhythms & dances, all simple and complex but catered to your level of experience.
Koffie and Magaui will leave you inspired & rejuvenated, you will have a new song in your heart & a stronger connection to your community as you discover the rhythms and dances of Africa together.
