Beginners Capoeira Angola class

One month of beginner sessions in Waimauku for all curious about Capoeira Angola, this Afro-Brazilian art form that combines elements of martial art, music and dance.

Classes will introduce the basic attacks and defence moves, the game strategy, the traditional instruments and simple songs. Each class will build physical conditioning to prepare to play.
