Retreat Overview
Bhakti yoga is often referred to as ‘to love for love’s sake’ and can be practiced through Kirtan (chanting mantras to music). This active sound meditation practice helps shift emotional blockages, open your heart and clear your mind.

During the afternoon, guest teacher Prosad will be hosting an introductory workshop on Kirtan, followed by a Hatha yoga class & Yoga Nidra sound journey led by Swami Karma Karuna. You will then be served a delicious homemade vegetarian meal before a 6 hour kirtan celebration begins, with chai and sweets on offer to keep the energy high.

This Bhakti Celebration is a part of our Yoga of Sound Retreat programme which we recommend should you wish to fully immerse yourself in the event. If you’re unable to allow time for the full 3 day retreat, we recommend the options below:

Arrive: 1:30pm
Finish: 12am midnight

Evening Bhakti Celebration
Arrive: 5:45pm

Overnight Camping Add-On Option available.
Beginner to advanced yogis and musicians are all welcome. No prior experience is necessary.
