Kāpiti Coast Bloom From Within Girls Wellness Workshop

Wellness Workshop for girls (ages 13-19) to encourage her to Bloom From Within.

Bloom From Within Wellness Workshop is a safe space for young girls to express self love, self compassion and is based on using three flower activities which encourages her to Bloom From Within. This also includes vision board mapping.

I just recently hosted this Workshop online and I absolutely loved it and I can’t wait for some young beautiful ladies in the Kāpiti Coast Community to experience this workshop too!

I think it’s so needed that young girls are encouraged to express their feelings, emotions as well as having a safe space to reflect and come together with other young women and just have FUN!!
