Clay House Candle Holder Class

Join me to make a magical clay house which can be used with real or smokeless candles. We will use my hand drawn templates, white clay, slab building techniques and imprinting with fabrics. Add colour using coloured slips, or keep creamy white, ready to be clear glazed once fired. I love making houses! You can add birds, cats, window boxes or whatever inspires to your creation. By themselves they are gorgeous, and when they have a candle inside, they bring warmth and magic to a space.

I provide all materials, kiln firings and glaze, plus teas and nibbles. Creations are ready to collect 5 weeks after class. Booking is essential: clpates@hotmail.com or 021 143 7705.
