Don't question the methods. Give it a shot and your palate and cooking style might change for good. Tonight cook two fusion inspired recipes. Cook prawn and pork stir fry with a fresh sambal and hoisin glazed salmon, carrot, coriander and edamame slaw with pickled cucumber.
