Tap into the colour and flavours of Spain with this feast made up of a range of tasty small dishes, known as tapas.
Spain is blessed with a wide range of seafood from sizzling prawns, calamari to Mediterranean chilli mussels, try your hand cooking these fantastic tasty species. Tonight make anchovie xato with whitlof and red pepper sauce, prawn ceviche and steamed mussels with chorizo and tomato.
