Emotional intelligence refers to the ability to identify and manage one’s own emotions.
This interactive retreat will introduce the Buddhist approach to Emotional Intelligence by offering tools such as meditation, empathy and self-awareness.
By applying these techniques one will be able to cultivate a calm mind and control one’s own emotions, particularly the disturbing ones, in a more effective and skilful way. An amazing retreat with Ven. Khadro, our visiting Teacher.
Weekend Teaching will take place at our Community Hall, Chandrakirti Meditation Centre. Investment includes vegetarian lunch and tea breaks.
