Exploring Life Between Lives Detox and Fasting Retreat

Join us for a 4 night 3 day wellness retreat in the heart of Sumner, Christchurch for 4 to maximum 6 people. The core retreat is founded on fasting, colon hydrotherapy (high enemas, colon cleansing), bodywork, yoga and meditation.

This retreat has a focus on our soul purpose. You will have a therapeutic 3 hour Life Between Lives hypnosis session with therapist and author Gail Nicholls, who will be coming down from Auckland. You will have an opportunity to work with Gail Nicholls to explore relevant experiences between lives; the period of your soul's planing of this life and assessing other lives. It is an opportunity to go behind the scenes of your life and remember the themes you chose for this life as well as the challenges and the growth you hoped for. You may experience and see not only your own soul self, but the souls of the main characters in your current life.

Accommodation is in the beautiful serene Sister Eveleen Retreat House that overlooks the ocean and is just a 25 min walk by the beach from the spa where the treatments take place.

Experience the ultimate detox experience utilizing body work treatments along side fasting with your choice of a water, juice and/or broth fast.
