"Face Value" Exhibition

Monday 29th June – 12th July 2020

Lloyd Smith is a Waihi Beach artworker who over the years has enjoyed dabbling in many different media and materials. He usually focuses his work on social issues and human relationships, voicing his opinion on where society and its people often lack empathy or understanding.

However this exhibition of Lloyd's work 'Face Value' is completely different. It is a collection of works that started out as experiments in drawing, media and portraiture. Many were not expected to come to fruition as finished artworks but did.

There is no social message, they are just what you see and should be taken at 'Face Value'. The exhibition is mixture of original works and limited edition prints; all artworks are for sale.

Gallery is open Monday – Friday 9am-3pm, Saturday-Sunday 10am-2pm.
