Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.
Improve your fitness by dancing your heart out to ABBA and the Bee Gees. Designed to suit the fitness level of active older adults and those new to cardio. Most terms run over nine weeks with classes 7:30 - 8:30 PM on Mondays.

This course is held in the new dance studio at Selwyn College which has a wooden sprung floor. Unfortunately, street shoes can not be worn. Please wear soft leather (dance type) shoes, socks, or barefoot.
