Flora Knight brings together some favourite local players to present an evening of wonderful Bluegrass music.
The first half of the evening will feature Valley Bluegrass, with Flora sitting in to do some twin fiddling with Carola, followed by Flora and her dad, Peter, playing a few songs together.
After supper, the second part of the evening will showcase a bluegrass band which Flora has pulled together especially for the occasion. It features a stellar line-up with Flora on fiddle being joined by Read Hudson on dobro, John Egenes on mandolin and John Dodd on bass.
Flora says “I move to the US three weeks after that so it should be a nice little farewell get together”. We entirely agree!
