Garden City Orchestra Concert

Garden City Orchestra will be performing their end of the year concert conducted by Beth Cohen. The program includes Beethoven's Symphony No. 1 ( movements 1,3 &4), Debussy's Petite Suite and Vaughan Williams' English Folk Songs Suite.

They will be joined by Guest Group Stringendo, from the Christchurch School of Music who will be performing Haydn, Mozart and a traditional Irish melody, The Rakes of Mallow arranged by John Emeleus.

Garden City is a community orchestra for musicians of all ages who have enjoyed playing a variety of music for over twenty years. They meet weekly under the skilful baton of their Conductor Beth Cohen.
